The open burning of landscape waste and leaves, but only: (a) when fire is attended and
no fire shall be left unattended; (b) on the premises on which such waste is generated; (c)
in areas other than restricted areas; (d) when atmospheric conditions will readily dissipate contaminants; (e) if such burning does not create a visibility hazard on
roadways, railroad tracks or air fields; and (f) if such burning occurs from April 1st
through June 1st or October 1st through November 30th of each year on a Tuesday,
Thursday or Saturday.
